Charmaine Johnson-Leong, DDS, PA
Dr. Charmaine Johnson, DDS, graduated from the University of Witwatersrand's Dental School in Johannesburg, South Africa, with honors, in 1995. She completed her advanced Dental Education by completing a general practice residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago where she was the chief resident from 2000-2001. She has maintained a private, general dental practice in Chicago and more recently in South Florida.
Dr. Johnson is the author of several published research articles involving advance dental treatment and has retained faculty positions at the University of Illinois at Chicago and Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and the Broward County Dental Association.
Dr. Johnson is dedicated to providing her patients with the highest quality of dental care.

Amy Monaco-Birch, DMD
Dr. Amy Monaco-Birch is a native of South Carolina. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Biology at the University of South Carolina. During her studies at USC, she had the opportunity to become trained as a dental assistant. That experience solidified her interest in dentistry and love for caring for people. She continued her education at the Medical University of South Carolina and graduated dental school in 2005. Upon graduation Dr. Monaco-Birch joined a thriving dental practice in Clemson, SC and continued to learn and grow as a dentist. After many successful years in SC she relocated to Florida so that her husband could attend NOVA for a pediatric dental residency. Dr. Monaco-Birch is a member of the American Dental Association and the South Carolina Dental Association. She is continually striving to give her patients excellent and painless dental care.
Charles J. Adelson, DMD, PA.
Raised in the sunshine state, Dr. Charles Adelson graduated from J.P. Taravella High School in Coral Springs and continued his education at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, where he received a B.S. in Micro and Molecular Biology. He was a member of a variety of honor societies there, including Phi Eta Sigma, Golden Key International Honour Society, the Dean's List, and the President's Honor Roll.
Dr. Charles Adelson went on to receive his Doctor of Medical Dentistry at Nova Southeastern University's School of Dental Medicine. He continued his studies there after completing a three-year postdoctoral surgical residency with extensive training in implant placement, periodontal surgery, and regenerative bone therapy. He wrote his research thesis on the role of plasminogen activators in periodontal disease and diabetes.
